About Blueprint to Bluechip

In today's sports culture, talent is celebrated, but character is often overlooked. Athletes are taught how to perform, yet few are taught how to lead. Coaches are expected to shape lives while navigating increasing pressure, burnout, and expectations.

We believe there is a better way.

Blueprint to Bluechip was built to restore the foundation that great programs are built upon: Character, Accountability, Discipline, and Integrity.

These aren't motivational ideas. They're standards.

Every athlete, coach, and organization has a blueprint. Our mission is to help them become bluechip—not by chasing recognition, but by building the habits, leadership, and identity that earn it.

We Don't Just Develop Better Athletes.

We Build the Standard.

Our Mission

Our goal is to mold leaders who become the standard, not only in sport but in leadership, and in life.

We equip coaches, athletes, parents, and organizations with practical frameworks that create lasting transformation from the inside out.

Championships and wins might be remembered.

But character is your legacy.

Our Four Leadership Rules

The CADI Standard

Character Over Clout

Who you are will always matter more than how you're perceived.

Accountability Over Excuses

Ownership is where ego ends and leadership begins.

Discipline Over Motivation

When your motivation fades, your standards will remain.

Integrity Over Image

Lead the same way when nobody is watching.

Meet Erin Sarles

CEO & Co-Founder

Erin Sarles believes the greatest responsibility of a coach isn't building better athletes—it's developing better people.

After more than two decades leading teams and developing leaders in the corporate world, Erin recognized the same challenge showing up in youth sports: incredible talent paired with fragile identity. Too many athletes were learning to measure their worth by performance, while coaches lacked practical tools for developing the person behind the player.

That realization led to the creation of Blueprint to Bluechip and the CADI Framework—Character Over Clout, Accountability Over Excuses, Discipline Over Motivation, and Integrity Over Image.

Today, Erin leads Blueprint's vision, curriculum, and community, helping coaches build cultures where leadership is developed intentionally, standards are lived consistently, and athletes leave the game stronger than they entered it.

For Erin, this work isn't simply about sports.

It's about changing lives through the influence of coaching.

Meet Thomas Roe

Strength and Conditioning Sports Performance Coach & Co-Founder

Thomas Roe has spent decades helping athletes perform at their highest level.

As the founder of TRoe Fitness • Sports Rehab & Recovery, he has worked with athletes across every stage of competition—from youth sports to professionals—guiding performance, recovery, and long-term athletic development.

Throughout that journey, one lesson became impossible to ignore:

Physical development without personal development is incomplete.

As Chief Athletic Officer, Thomas helps ensure every Blueprint program bridges the gap between performance and purpose. His background in elite endurance competition, rehabilitation, and athletic performance reinforces Blueprint's belief that sustainable success is built through discipline, resilience, and consistent leadership—not shortcuts.

His role is simple:

Help coaches build athletes who are just as strong in character as they are in competition.

TAlenT OPens doors.

Character keeps them open.

Every year, athletes spend thousands of hours improving their speed, strength, and skills. Yet many never receive the opportunities they hoped for—not because they weren't talented enough, but because they lacked the qualities coaches notice long before the game begins.

The athletes who consistently earn trust, leadership opportunities, scholarships, and long-term success develop more than their athletic ability.

They develop who they are.

At Blueprint to Bluechip, we believe athletic success begins with four foundational pillars:

CHARACTER

The standard you hold in private is close to the standard you hold in public.

ACCOUNTABILITY

The standard you hold in private is close to the standard you hold in public.

DISCIPLINE

The standard you hold in private is close to the standard you hold in public.

INTEGRITY

The standard you hold in private is close to the standard you hold in public.
